Doug has a passion for helping people and has been doing so for 30 years. Doug is a professional life, recovery and relationship coach who has extensive training and experience that allows him to walk alongside people in a wide variety of areas. Doug has 30 years of experience coaching people and over 20 years of experience working with dating, engaged and married couples. Doug is a Certified Professional Recovery Coach (CPRC) through IAPRC and Texas State University, and an ordained pastor through IMF. Doug has served as a pastor, church planter, college & professional sports team chaplain, marriage mentor, spiritual advisor, business consultant and executive coach over the last 30 plus years. Doug helps individuals from all walks of life discover and pursue their purpose and direction.
Doug is trained in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and has personal experience as a foster and adoptive dad along with extensive related training, which has equipped him for working effectively with parents and children with a wide range of challenges and diagnoses, and for supporting families facing various obstacles including trauma, sensory processing disorders, executive functioning, attachment in adoption, etc.
