What is Recovery Coaching?

Recovery coaching focuses on reconstructing your life to its full potential. Our certified recovery coaches are dedicated to assisting you in rewiring your brain to reduce the urge for your issue. Beyond addressing the physical aspects of issues, our program emphasizes the importance of mending relationships, rediscovering joy, and rebuilding a fulfilling life.

The Process

Our recovery coaching program is structured into three phases, each designed to support you through different stages of your recovery journey:

  1. First Phase of Recreation (Approx. 90 Days): In the initial phase, our focus is on helping you navigate the challenges of the first 90 days of feel good. Together with your recovery coach, you'll develop strategies to avoid triggers, seek professional support, and equip yourself with the tools necessary to resist temptations.

  2. Second Phase of Recreation (Approx. 90 Days): Once your body is , we shift our focus to "rewiring" your brain and developing personalized strategies to maintain feel good. This phase is highly individualized, tailored to your specific needs and challenges, with weekly coaching sessions to support your progress.

  3. Third Phase of Recreation: As you gain control over your issues, our focus shifts to rebuilding your life. We'll address areas such as employment, relationships, and family dynamics, adapting your tools and goals to create a sustainable plan for long-term recreation.

We understand that every individual's journey is unique, which is why our therapy approach is flexible and tailored to your specific needs.
