Mackalla Crumpley
Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) & Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern (LCDC-I)
Mackalla is a Qualified Mental Health Professional and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern (LCDC-I) whose passion for addiction, both behavioral and chemical counseling, was born out of witnessing loved ones and her community struggle with the pain of addiction. Her passion for addiction recovery fuels her mission to promote healing and freedom through biblical counseling and evidence-based care.
As a mother of two teenagers, Mackalla feels a strong calling to support today’s youth and their families. She is especially passionate about helping adolescent and teenage girls who struggle with self-esteem, trauma, emotional regulation, finding direction, and navigating social challenges. In addition, Mackalla’s background as a behavioral interventionist for elementary-aged children has strengthened her ability to collaborate with parents and children to foster resilience, connection, and growth.
Rooted deeply in her Christian faith, Mackalla holds an unwavering belief that Scripture is the foundation of truth and that only through God can complete healing, restoration, and renewal be found. Her approaches are biblically grounded and incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies to help clients build healthy coping skills, manage emotions, and overcome addiction, trauma, and other emotional challenges. Mackalla enjoys working with clients of all faiths and backgrounds, and believes there is hope and healing for every individual and family.
