What is a Genesis Family Masterclass?
At Genesis Family, we believe in supporting our pastors so that God's people are well cared for. We recognize the heavy load that many pastors carry and thus offer Masterclass trainings throughout the year, completely free of charge, in order to provide mental health resources and support for our dearly loved pastors.
Clinical Counseling Masterclass
The topic of the upcoming Masterclass is Clinical Counseling. We recognize that high and unrealistic expectations are often placed upon pastors and church leadership to take care of their congregants in all ways, including mental health care. We want to help clarify the ambiguity and define the unique and important roles of church leadership in the context of mental health so that pastors can freely "stay in their lane", making them most effective for the kingdom of God.
