As a congregant of OneLife, it is important you receive healthcare you can trust. This is why Genesis Family and OneLife church have created a referral program between the church and our non-profit organization.
Everyone can receive services from Genesis Family whether you are attending OneLife or not. However, if you do call OneLife your home church, there is high value in having our providers relaying relevant information to your church elders/leadership. It is OneLife's belief that every churchgoer needs to be known, loved and challenged, for which coordination of treatment purposes is important. However, it is very important to mention that by HIPAA law, we can only share information with OneLife if you have signed a release of information (ROI). There is no difference in treatment or preferential treatment in any way dependent on whether you sign a release of information or not. Genesis Family is dedicated to quality healthcare regardless.

Fees & Insurance
We offer below market rate fees for our services and some of our clinicians accept a variety of insurances. To learn more about fees and which clinicians accept what insurances, please click here.
In some cases, your insurance co-pay may actually be higher than our private pay fee. In those cases, please note you can request Genesis Family for an opt-out insurance form.

Our Partnership
If you need mental healthcare but cannot afford it, you can apply for our scholarship program. OneLife is dedicated to helping fast track your scholarship application by donating to your scholarship. Please note that this is always subject to OneLife eldership approval on a case by case basis and contingent on you signing a Release of Information so we can invoice OneLife for (some of) your sessions.
What if I can't afford it?
Perhaps you do not need services, but you find yourself here because you are looking to support someone who is receiving services from us. You can financially give by clicking here to make a donation; please ensure you mention the person's name you are sponsoring. You will receive a confirmation of payment.NOTE: Please know that if a group of people is sponsoring a person through a single payment, only one person can claim the donation on their tax return.
