How the Process Works

  1. Free Consultation: Sign up for a free, 15-minute consultation through the request form at the bottom of this page.
  2. Schedule Your Consultation: You will be contacted to schedule your consultation.
  3. Initial Consultation: During your consultation, you'll have the opportunity to explain why you're seeking therapeutic services and learn more about our counseling department. You and the therapist will identify if your needs can be met through our services, and if so, proceed with scheduling your first appointment.
  4. Pre-Session Preparation: Prior to your first session, you'll receive information on informed consent paperwork and be asked to provide basic background information to inform your therapist. Payment information will also be collected.
  5. First Session: During your first session, your therapist will review informed consent documents, and you'll collaborate to identify your specific treatment goals and plan.
  6. Ongoing Support: Your therapist will work with you to address your concerns, improve communication, and strengthen your relationship. Sessions will continue until your treatment goals have been met, gradually phasing out as needed.
