Insurance
Fees for Services
Associate-level therapist fees are set at:
Individual therapy: $100 per 55-minute session
Couples and family therapy: $125 per 55-minute session
Fully licensed therapist fees are set at:
Individual therapy: $125 per 55-minute session
Couples and family therapy: $150 per 55-minute session
Professional Life, Relationship, and Recovery Coaching:
Individual life/recovery coaching: $85 per 55-minute session
Couples and family coaching: $100 per 55-minute session
Insurance
At Genesis Family we accept a variety of different insurances. Please note that insurance companies credential each individual licensed provider; therefore, your insurance may limit your choice in provider.
We constantly strive to grow the number of insurances we accept. But currently, we accept the following insurance plans:
Please Note: Each client’s insurance plan is different and general acceptance of the plan does not automatically mean that your insurance provider will cover our services. A client is always responsible for a service bill if an insurance provider decides not to cover your bill. For more information on terms and conditions on that, we recommend contacting your health insurance provider directly.
