Meet Angela

Angela is a licensed professional counselor associate who is experienced in helping those experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relational challenges, women's health issues, ADHD, in addition to many more areas. Angela enjoys working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, where she commonly utilizes the therapeutic modalities of Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy, and Play Therapy.


Angela's passion is integrating a holistic and natural approach to health and wholeness – spirit, soul, and body. Utilizing an integrative approach to her client’s spirituality, she provides counseling that is both clinically excellent and distinctively Christian for those who request it. 



Overall, Angela helps her clients obtain a deeper understanding of what they are experiencing and provide the support they need to deal with the challenges of life. With a warm and inviting approach, Angela creates a safe space for clients to be heard, supported, and to discover their true identity.

Meet Rens

Rens is a Certified Professional Recovery Coach (CPRC) through IAPRC and Texas State University who enjoys helping clients overcome a variety of addictions. In addition, Rens is a professional life and relationship coach, where he helps individuals from all walks of life discover their direction, passion, purpose, and joy. Rens has completed his Sex & Pornography Addiction Recovery Coaching (SPARC) certification and Gottman Method Couples Therapy training. Finally, Rens is also trained in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and has personal experience as a foster parent to equip him for working effectively with children presenting with a range of behavioral challenges and diagnoses, and excels in effectively supporting families challenged by these behaviors.

Rens' approach is very interpersonal, warm, and full of passion. Through his experience and interest in truth-finding, Rens' strength is helping others build the life of freedom and joy that they always wanted. As a recovery coach, Rens provides a safe environment to have challenging, yet necessary, conversations pertaining to a variety of addictions, including alcohol, drugs, sex and/or pornography. As a life coach and marriage specialist, Rens equips his clients with the practical tools they need to make necessary changes. Although there are never guarantees in life, by collaborating together, he believes every client can make lasting change. 

Rens is a Dutch national who started his career in 2013 after graduating the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) in 2013 and enrolled in the Royal Netherlands Air Force for officers training. After his training at the Military Academy, he served for multiple years and spent almost a decade in the corporate world.

Meet Tanya

Tanya is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who got her love for working with children, couples and families after starting a group home for “at risk” youth in Ecuador for three years. She is passionate about helping individuals find their identity and overcome obstacles that keep them from reaching their full potential. Additionally, Tanya recognizes the ever-present challenges that affect the family unit and is trained to facilitate healing relationships within a family. Her trauma-informed clinical experience ranges from treating trauma, depression, anxiety, and identity formation to helping couples and families restore wounded relationships.
 

In her most recent work experience she has extensive experience working with clients with trauma and abuse, including children and families involved in the foster care system and families who have adopted. Through that experience she has found a passion for working with pre-teens and teens, where her gentle yet firm approach helps adolescents overcome challenges and discover their true identity. Additionally, Tanya enjoys working with parents and can offer practical solutions to parenting struggles and behavioral issues.
 

Tanya also has a passion for helping support the family unit by strengthening couple relationships. Tanya is a Gottman Level 1 certified instructor and enjoys helping couples overcome a variety of challenges, including infidelity, communication struggles, and more.
 

Tanya’s therapeutic approach is always rooted in biblical principles but is happy to help anyone regardless of their own beliefs and values. Tanya’s friendly and calming character creates a safe atmosphere for individuals of all ages to feel comfortable to share and process whatever challenges they may face.
